Earth from Above

The Exhibition “Earth from Above” took place in the island's capital Nicosia from 16 September – 20 November 2005.

Starting on Eleftheria Square and going down Ledra and Onasagorou Street, 120 giant format pictures were displayed. The aim of the exhibition: to mediate a message on sustainable development and the protection of our planet.

Within the exhibition were the pictures of Cyprus which Yann Arthus-Bertrand took during his visit in June 2004.
